Personalization Terms

These Personalization Terms apply whenever you upload a photo or add text to a Dearlark product. They're part of our Terms of Service.

Your promises about what you upload

By uploading a photo or submitting text, you confirm that:

You own it or have permission to use it for this purpose.
You have the consent of every identifiable person in the photo to have their image printed on a product. If the photo shows someone else, you confirm you have their permission (and a parent/guardian's permission for anyone under 18).
The content does not include third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted artwork, or images of celebrities or public figures you aren't authorized to use.
The content is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited.

License you give us

You keep ownership of your photo. You grant Pomelo Next LLC and our production partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your uploaded content solely to create, review, produce, and ship your order, and to provide support or reprints. We don't use your photo for advertising or anything else without your separate permission.

Our right to review and decline

Every order is reviewed by a real person before printing. We may decline, hold, or refund any order whose content appears to violate these terms, and we may contact you for a different photo. This review protects you and others; it is not a guarantee that we catch every issue, and responsibility for the content you upload stays with you.

Quality depends on your photo

We'll do our best and will warn you if an image looks too small or low-quality, but the final print quality depends on the photo you provide. A blurry, dark, or low-resolution upload may print that way. Using the live preview before ordering is the best way to check.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pomelo Next LLC from any claim arising out of content you upload — including claims about rights, privacy, or publicity of people shown in your photo.
