Shipping — 8 × 12 inch paper poster
Our personalized 8 × 12 inch paper poster is $50 USD. Shipping is charged separately: $7.99 USD for one poster or $15.98 USD for two posters. We currently accept up to two posters per order, for delivery to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. No multi-poster discount is currently active. Quantity two of the same customized item uses the same uploaded image and crop for both posters. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, associated states, military addresses or other countries.
Each poster is made to order. We dispatch orders within 4 business days. Dispatch means handing the order to the carrier; it is not a promise of delivery within 4 days. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier.
If a supplier or production delay affects dispatch, we will contact you with revised timing and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Returns and order problems
Each poster is personalized using your image, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalized goods. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.
If your poster arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a printing error, contact sales@dearlark.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate reprint or refund. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the next steps and an appropriate return address if needed.

Personalization and third-party printing
Upload only images you own or have permission to reproduce. Your image is processed through Cloudlift Live Product Options for uploading and personalization. We prepare your artwork and share the image or prepared print file, together with the order details needed for production and shipping, with our printing partner Podbul. Podbul may use production suppliers and shipping providers.
Podbul’s published terms include content-use rights beyond production, including promotion of its services. We cannot promise that its terms limit image use exclusively to printing your order. If you require restrictions on how an image is used, contact us before uploading it.
